Flake material made from recycled PET fibers. PET bottles are collected, sorted, and subjected to washing and shredding processes until they are processed into flakes.
The production of the polyester staple is done by crystallization, drying and extrusion of the polymer.
It is used as a raw material for a variety of productions such as nonwoven fabric, padding, geotextile, automotive and footwear.
