Material compounds of polypropylene (PP) or poly lactic acid (PLA) with sunflower fibres. It uses the waste hulls from sunflower kernel production as a bio-based fibre additive for plastic compounding. Post-consumer recycled option are available. It is used as a replacement of traditional plastics.
