To make tank tops and T-shirts, Motivi has chosen to join the BCI – Better Cotton Initiative program, an international-wide project that helps cotton-producing communities survive and thrive while protecting and restoring the environment.
BCI educates farmers on efficient use of water, protection of soil and natural habitats, reducing the use of the most dangerous pesticides, and implementing the principles of decent work.
Some bags and accessories were made from at least 50% recycled material, including polyester.
Blouses, jumpsuits and chemisiers see the use of TENCEL™ lyocell and modal, which are comfortable and versatile fibers obtained from wood from responsibly managed foresets.
