Starting from a circular economy strategy, the project developed new circular and sustainable materials, starting from the recycling of leather processing waste from furniture and fashion sector.
The waste leathers were first processed and then combined with other types of natural materials to obtain new materials to be used in different sectors.
The circular materials obtained have different functional and application characteristics, in relation to the different natural materials used.
