Climbing ropes made of recycled polyamide

BEAL introduced its new SunRise 9.2 and SunUp 8.4 ropes, the world’s first climbing ropes made from 100 percent recycled materials.
The fibers are made from chemically recycled polyamide obtained from discarded tires.
This unique recycling process significantly reduces emissions, decreasing the carbon footprint by 78 percent compared to using virgin polyamide.
