HUGO BOSS, is ongoing committed to the social and environmental responsibility of its products, has developed a new shoes made of 100% circular materials.
The uppers is crafted of 80% recycled pineapple leaf fibre, a by-product of the pineapple harvest, and finished with a plant-based dye. The laces are made of 100% organic cotton, the outsole is made of 100% recycled thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and the breathable lining is in 50% cotton and 50% flax.
Every part of the sneakers has been designed with innovation and sustainability in mind. The pineapple leaves used to create the shoes require no extra resources to grow and provide farming communities with an additional income.
