New products from Boeing 777 recycling

South Korea’s Korean Air, continues its efforts to recycle decommissioned aircraft belonging to its fleet.
The latest products were made of recycled duralumin, a lightweight yet sturdy alloy used in fuselage of the Boeing 777, which first entered service in October 2003 and completed 11,637 flights to 98 destinations before its retirement in May 2020.
This fourth Korean Air collection of recycled items from airplanes involves the creation of featuring name tags and golf ball markers.
The color of each item—ranging from sky blue, blue to red—varies based on the fuselage section it was sourced from.
