Surfboard made with a core of 50% recycled polystyrene foam and a surface lamination obtained under vacuum through a layer of 100% recycled technical carbon from aircraft industry waste.
The coating resin is 56% plant-based.
Through an agreement with AIRBUS, the NOTOX company will buy back defective resin-reinforced carbon fiber fabrics and turn them into surfboard liners through a dry forming and cutting process and vacuum impregnation.
