A sustainable and innovative construction system that sees as the protagonist a residential complex built with prefabricated modules that can be piled up and disassembled in wood, characterized by different sizes and types of housing.
The modular construction system is based on the concept of efficient use of resources, since less building material is required than current standards, and the housing modules can be adapted to the space requirements and reused at the end of their use.
The composition of the modules consists of glued and cross-linked layers of wood boards (CLT) with good insulation and fire-retardant properties.
