Continental launches a sustainable keychain made from organically sourced bio-plastic, featuring a shell shell made from non-fossil oil derived from natural sources.
The key ring’s outer shell is made of 100 percent PA11, a polyamide made from the vegetable oil of castor oil, a plant that grows independently in dry fields without further need for water.
Through this project, Continental consolidates and continues its commitment initiated in 2021 toward more sustainable design, which has seen the exploration of organic materials and identified areas where the environmental sustainability of products can be improved.
