From the synergy with Razer, the leading global lifestyle brand for gamers, Luminor Quaranta Razer Special Edition was born, a limited series of 500 pieces designed with the goal of raising awareness of the importance of preserving the environment.
The case, bezel and back are made of eSteel™, a next-generation metal obtained from pre-consumer recycled steel scraps (up to 95%) coming from different industries, preferably from Swiss watchmaking industry. eSteelTM exhibits the same properties as its conventional counterpart.
The strap is made from post-consumer recycled PET derived from plastic bottles. A second recycled rubber bracelet is offered in the watch packaging.
In addition, the watch packaging is composed of 72% recycled materials and made of FSC-certified paper.
